Admission Policy:

Parents are required to purchase the Prospectus from the School Reception. The cost of the Prospectus is Rs.500.00.

The parents are given a tour of the school if desired by them

Should the parents wish to proceed with the Admission, they need to fill the Registration Form (part of the Prospectus) and submit.

With the form, parents need to submit the following documents







List of mandatory documents:

  • Copy of the child’s birth certificate

  • One latest passport size photographs of the child.

  • One latest passport size photograph of each parent.

  • Medical Certificate duly signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner

  • Aadhar card copies of the child and parent (mandatory) at the time of admission.

  • Pancard copies of parent

  • Report card copies of the previous three years or as applicable for Grade II and above.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable) of the child, failing which the caste will be categorized as “General” till such a time as the caste certificate in the name of the child is submitted.

  • Original Leaving certificate from the previous school- For grades II and above.

  • Original Birth certificate from the previous school- For grade LKG UKG and Grade I

It is the responsibility of the parent to submit, within the time frame given above, any pending document, failing which the admission status will be considered “Provisional”. No reminders will be sent in this regard.

List of documents as applicable. (In case of overseas admission, foreign national or matters necessitating the provision of legal documentation.

Photocopy of Passport and OCI is mandatory for overseas students – or an OTP (one time passport).

In case of single parent,

Court papers mentioning Child’s custody or

Authorization letter for Legal Guardian (if applicable) apart from parents.

The Annual fees does not include:

The administrative charges have to be paid only once at the time of admission confirmation.

Late fees will be payable @ 70/- per day for fees not paid on time









Cancellation of Admission and Refund Policy:

A formal request for cancellation of admission must be submitted to office along with LC demand letter of other school. Requests for cancellation through any other modes will not be accepted/entertained or acknowledged.

The date of receipt of a formal cancellation request will be considered as the date of formal withdrawal of admission, unless a specific date is mention in the communication. This date will be considered for determining the liable fees and therefore the refund, if applicable

Till such a time a formal request is received from the parents for the cancellation, the child will continue to be active on the school rolls and therefore the fees up to that quarter will be liable and due to the school. Please refer table below

Transfer certificate will be generated after due clearance from all concerned departments and the parents will be required to visit the school to collect the Transfer Certificate and sign on the General Register.
